The above class of 2009 will be inducted at the annual ceremony held on Monday May 18th, 2009 at the Riverside Convention Center in Downtown Riverside. A reception begins at 5:00 pm with the parade of champions kicking things off at 6:00pm. Click here for more information and ticket sales
Changing of the Guard
The Riverside Sport Hall of Fame would like to welcome Randy Hord as President of the Managing Board. Mr. Hord brings strong leadership, direction and energy, and is an exciting adition to the Managing Board.
Membership Renewal
Membership on the advisory board is based on annual renewal of membership fees. This, as well as funds collected through sponsorship, go to support the Hall of Fame and Wall of Distinction, and the programs supported by them. Membership grants voting privileges for inductees and a direct voice to the Managing Board. Members also have the privilege of first invitation to all banquets, events and ceremonies of the Riverside Sport Hall of Fame.
Nominations
The Managing and Advisory boards are taking nominations for inductees to the Wall of Distinction and the Hall of Fame. This is an ongoing process and is successful based on participation from the community the Riverside Sport Hall of Fame serves. Please read the criteria for selection page and send in your nominations.
